Where reality seems to melt away and everything flows, a mysterious and fascinating world emerges that listens to us, reflecting our inner selves.

These works are on display in Milan at the iKonica Art Gallery:

Golden liquefaction
digital photograph – 70×50
with frame 100×70.
Gold, the goal of alchemists, is created through evolutionary transformation of the elements.
In this image, I capture gold in liquid transformation.
Alchemical guests
digital photography – 70×50
with frame 100×70.
In the liquid and colorful forms that appeared, I detected presences, guests assisting the alchemical processes.

The spirit of the waters watches us
digital photograph – 70×50
with frame 100×70.
Here you can see two eyes. If it's not a coincidence, then it can only be a water spirit. Can you see it too?
Spirit of Life Alive
digital photograph – 70×50
with frame 100×70.
This work is more recent, inspired by a novel about the daughter of Vlad III Tepes, who delighted in living elements, such as blood, to obtain the miraculous stone. I altered the colors, with shades ranging from red to gold representing the spirit of life, alive.

It was 2013, we had gone to pick up our children in the mountains, we had a picnic in nature, near a stream, after lunch I started observing it, I noticed the shapes, colors, reflections, and shadows on the bottom that remained static despite the rapid flow of the water, in reality a dynamic stillness that allowed me to see something fascinating and mysterious that exists in the waters, spirits, and elementals. My digital camera allowed me to take many shots with different settings for time, distance, framing, and exposure. The surprise came later, when I looked at them again.
Those “beings” and presences had been immortalized. Science says it is pareidolia* that makes us see these things, but it is up to us to decide what fascinates us and what we feel most strongly about.
*Pareidolia: pareidolia is the instinctive and automatic tendency of the brain to find orderly structures and familiar shapes in disordered images.
